Crest Ventures sells its entire stake in Classic Mall Development Company

Crest Ventures has announced that the company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Escort Developers, have liquidated its entire stake comprising 38,49,058 shares constituting 50% of the paid-up share capital of Classic Mall Development Company for an aggregate consideration of Rs 936 crore at The Phoenix Mills on May 05, 2022.

Accordingly, Crest’s and Escort’s interest in CMDCL is NIL and CMDCL ceases to be an associated company.
